In your first session, Kate will work collaboratively with you to identify your treatment goal/s and formulate an individualised plan that utilises evidence-based approaches.  Kate draws from skills and process-based frameworks while maintaining a relational lens as she believes our relationships have the power to both mitigate and magnify our distress.
